As a Clinical Health Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I am skilled at helping people navigate and overcome life's big challenges, particularly those affecting their physical health.
I have worked as a member of several multidisciplinary health care teams, primarily treating individuals with musculo-skeletal injuries, including chronic pain. My expertise in health psychology has provided me with invaluable insights which I am now applying to infertility counseling. This unique approach helps individuals and couples manage the challenges of infertility and apply psychological skills to optimize treatment success. In addition to assisting those in need, I am passionate about teaching people how to apply psychological skills in order to become their best selves. My work helping clients make healthy lifestyle changes has had me sought out as an expert for presentations to the general public, medical professionals and in the media. I also provide psychological skills training to those wanting to improve their performance in sport, the performing arts and demanding professions.
