We still use NOC59 help desk to solve Office 365 problems and they always deliver a solution within 15 minutes. They are polite, very qualified and efficient. And the service is so much cheaper than the earlier technician. I recommend this to any small business. We have 32 users and a mix of Macs, Servers and Windows machines.
