We hired Karl Nowysz to finish the basement last year from Alldom.ca (https://www.alldom.ca/). After 9 weeks we fired him. The reasons were QUALITY and delays. He butchered everything, from framing and drywall to tiles in the bathroom; nothing was squared and leveled . We had to hire a licensed plumber and electrician to bring everything up to code to pass the city inspection. I would never hire him again, even to build a dog house. Never pay him in cash and get everything in writing, request to see electrical and plumbing licenses.
