Tuesday, July 11, 2017 an MVA forced traffic off Kipling onto side streets near Eglinton and Kipling. Traffic was lined up for miles and miles onto Princess Anne Cres and Bournmouth..Justin Construction "REFUSED" to moved their White Van and trailer to allow traffic to move. It was a nightmare. I approached the workers..requesting they move. I was told to Get off the drive way and drive around." It took me 20 minutes to get around their vehicle. All the traffic was blocked due to their lack of consideration. For them to relocate their vehicle just 50 feet away onto other side of the block..would have easily remedied the situation. It was 5:20 P.M. and rush hour. This was not necessary. I am making a police report and I have photos. Their response or lack thereof was completely unacceptable.
