I highly recommend this Home Depot location based on the friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, attentive employees. So many times, I walk into one of these "warehouse" stores and spent ninety-five percent of my time just looking for someone to help me before I spend the next five percent of my time explaining what I need. Not this store, though.From the moment you walk into this store, you are greeted and acknowledged by at least one employee. You walk through the aisles, walk past an employee, you receive a greeting and if you wait for an additional few seconds, an offer of assistance. I have myself witnessed employees who were standing on lifts, puting away merchandise, both greet me and offer assistance. Then, once I had asked they will come down off their lift and walk me to my requested department. They will not leave until they make sure I have someone to help me or they've paged for assistance. Excellent customer service! Well worth the commute if you live in Edmonton.
