Usually shop at this store due to the pleasant atmosphere. Made an impromptu stop for a few items, found myself going through the aisles finding items with reasonable prices and more things I thought I should get. Ended up with a packed trolley heading for the cashier, then suddenly dawned on me....Different bag, do you have your credit cards? NO!!! What to do? Ditch the trolley or speak with a cashier? I chose cashier and so glad I did. The cashier, Allison was so pleasant, she laughed with me after I explained my dilemma. She explained my options with the involvement of a supervisor. That being said, customer service was excellent....so pleasant, kind and understanding. Allison did what it takes for me to stop at this store...planned or not. Thank you Allison.
