Worst sales experience EVER! They lied about having loans approved they lied about negative equity and tried to hide it in the price of the new truck. When I finally demanded my trade in back and walked I was told they couldn't return any of my paper work to my trade in (Bill of sale, loan documents, insurance and protection plan documents) because they SHREDDED them!!! Now I have to try and replace all that just to transfer my reg back on to my original truck.
