Horrible customer service. This company has no idea how to speak to or deal with a customer. It's EXTREMELY CLEAR all they are interested in is collecting your money. I quoted rear-view camera and remote starter and decided to only do the mirror. Not only did they install the starter also (even though I have the mirror only request in writing) but they tried to make me pay for it! after I refused they tried to make leave my vehicle for another day so they could take it out! All of this after proving to them it was their mistake! I didnt even get an apology. What I did get was "why dont you want the starter?" Seriously. thats what he said.So they removed the starter but now they refuse to give me a receipt. I cant prove they did anything if something goes wrong in the future. Stay Far far away. Im going to put this review everywhere I can find to put it.
