Started out well, ported 3 business lines over with no issues other then having to remind them to submit the credits to the carrier for moving lines over. Problem came the next year with the 4th line when we were quoted and accepted a plan that was great but the one configured was not this plan, it had no data and we were being charged big dollars for it. Took them 3 months of trying different things to came back and say the plan they quoted was invalid as the plan was for a larger businesses so they offered us a new plan for more money with less data. We took it as the data was pooled with our other phones. They said they would refund us for the data charges but now it has been over 3 months and we have not received any refunds. Will be looking for a new rep once our contracts are over, complaint to carrier is being submitted
