The best customer experience I’ve ever had at a toy shop; he intelligently found a super cool and fun toy that mu 2 year old nephew would enjoy for a long time. He was very understanding of my tight budget, made sure to thoroughly inspect the toy before handing it over to me, showed me how to operate the toy and manage the batteries, and was completely transparent about the benefits and downfalls of each toy to help me make a decision.
