Leaving her co-workers out of pay for weeks and months at a time. Some cases of people never being paid. She ignores texts, calls, and emails. She constantly lies to her employees and clients. Whatever it takes to keep the cash flow coming in. She has been reported to MOL several times. Somehow she keeps getting away with it. PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE! *BRIDES* Please be very careful about choosing Elaine to do your flowers. If something goes wrong you may never see your money again!
