I paid $180 to their stylist named kim for permanent straightening of my hair. The stylist told me that since i have colour 9n ky hair the treatment would take away frizz and my hair would be 80 % straight. The result was terrible after 1st wash. My hair were dry, damaged, frizzy and not even 10 % staright. I went back for refund and she said that she told me in the begining that my hair wouldnt be staright . It is not her fault and she wont pay refund. I am sending her a legal notice now.
