Bell World

Went to this Bell World location to upgrade my Blackberry smartphone and was very impressed with the service! First, I had gotten a text that I was up for a phone upgrade, which I wasn't sure about because it hadn't been that long since I got my phone in the first place. The women told me that It was because I'm considered a "preferred customer" (who knew!) and continued to treat me like one! She patiently answered all my questions about the various possible phones to pick from and helped me pick one that so far has been great for me. Once I made my choice she helped me to get everything set up on the new phone, including setting it up with my email and transfering data and contacts. She even stayed past when she was supposed to clockout for the day to help me!
