Urban Retreat Wellness&Beauty Centre

I was in for just under 3 hours. They had one person working, who abruptly left the room to answer the phone and greet customers (sometimes so abruptly she would not bother to cover me up with a towel). She did some "additional" waxing without informing me this would cost more; I was not even aware this was not part of the package. I was informed that it was an additional cost when I was at the till to pay, where she also tacked on another bonus hidden charge for the 3 hours.
