Hello, Stay away from this company. The offer a rental furnace and other systems with 10 years contract. What they actually do: 1. Put the furnace as a lean against your house, when you will need to refinance you will have to buy out the furnace 2. When you buy out, you have to pay the interest for 10 years (!!!) there is no penalty , you just pay like you had it for 10 years . They put these 2 small conditions in the fine print that you never read. After 2 years with the furnace I needed to refinance the mortgage and I found out this furnace is as a lean again my property. I needed to buy out it + pay 2000$ in interest which is insane. I don't know how what they are doing is even considered legal, it’s a real scam. This company is doing bad business practice and they are cheating innocent people using sneaky sales people with a scam contract.   Stay away from them ! I warned you !
