20 minutes ago If I could post 0 stars I would. I owned a small town cafe and was bullied and swindled by scott. He may seem "cheap" but in the long run will end up costing you more money then you bargained for. He would come in for a service call to fix something and when that didn't work he would charge for another service call and run down the line of parts until he figured he got enough money out of us. He would sabotage our system into alarm and threaten to call the health inspector when we figured out he had just loosened a part and when we tightened it the alarm was fixed. When we sold our business the new owners started with scott and came to us with the same issues we had. They switched operators and found out just how much money they were being taken for. Save yourself the aggravation and dealings with this weasel. Spend a bit more money on maintenance with another operator. The health unit has had multiple complaints from other restaurant owners in our area
