we purchased a mobile home in , Blackfoot in the fall of 2012. the grade was unfinished and had large gaps between the ground and the skirting of the trailer! I had to fix the grade(thankfully I own my own bobcat) but the mice had already moved in and Vallar H did nothing to help! the lino in the trailer is nothing more than a very soft rubber skin that tears easy and has been fixed many times in the year and a half that we have lived here. Water drains down the varranda light in front of the main entrance , the door bell rings the neighbors bell. The under belly bag of the trailer has a huge sag in it and a chew whole from the past mice, I have had to fix the doors from falling off due to too small of screws being used and reset the doors through out the house because the house is still settling, not to mention the water pressure in this house sucks! The warranty From Vallar Homes is not worth the paper its written on ! DO NOT BUY HERE!! there are many other places to buy from at better prices and warrenty!
