LN Land Development Technologies (LNLDT) has, since 2007, been providing clients with a variety of solutions for their surveying, designing, and mapping needs. Initially we started in the oil sands sector providing quality control, drafting and volume calculations for companies with their mining and earthworks needs. With the recent addition of an Edmonton office we have quickly expanded our services to include legal, well site, and reclamation surveys to accommodate a wider range of clients.
As one definition puts it, excellent customer service is “the ability of an organization to constantly and consistently exceed the customer’s expectations”. In order to do this, we recognize that every aspect of the business has an impact on customer service, our main aspect being health and safety which we strive to maintain on a daily basis.This means that from the project manager, to drafter, to field staff, everyone has to be in a safety orientated tune. We have a talented group of people with experience in working on a variety of projects. Our drafters have the latest in AutoCad, GIS, and other mapping products to ensure timely and accurate plans. Our field staffs are equipped with the latest GPS and underground facilities equipment to ensure the correct information is gathered. We ensure all field staff are effectively mentored and trained in First Aid, H2S Awareness, Hazard Assessment, CSTS/PST, underground facility locating, hazard recognition and behavioral interaction.
