Nothing but problems...that is how I would describe my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from them in Fall 2014. I requested two things during the deal -- a new windshield and a command start. Check out dealer rater for a detailed description of what I've dealt with over the past year. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
