I love cooking chicken at home but there are times when I don't have so much time on my hands to prepare the meat and marinate it overnight etc so my friend suggested this amazing place at the St. Lawrence market to pick up already marinated-chicken and chicken cordon-bleu. It was so effortless making these at home and you can really savour the fresh quality of meat. I would like to come back and get some game poultry like Guinea fowl and quail. There is such a variety of meat here even exotic ones like venison, elk and rabbit to name a few.
