Great service and follow-through. Took my aging Samsung tablet in to have the glass replaced. The work was done speedily and efficiently while I waited for the lowest price I'd been able to find anywhere in my area on the Internet. The next day I noticed the glass was lifting up from the bezel a little. I called and was asked to come back in. The technician spent an hour investigating and eventually was able to show me how the battery was starting to expand from age (and probably overcharging on my part!), lifting the glass in the process. He also fixed a "dead" spot on the touch screen resulting from the tape holding a contact in place having become brittle over time, and "fixed" the issue of the glass lifting with a little strategically placed clear tape -- all for no additional charge. Courteous and informative to boot. Highly recommended.
