Seiko Homes

Altogether, I would not recommend buying a Seiko home. The people are unprofessional, cut corners, and do not pride themselves in quality over quantity. We bought a brand new home, the sump pump failed in the first week and caused a flood. Seiko helped us repair the basement but not without stress or delay after delay due to their mistakes (ordering the wrong flooring, not showing up when they say they will, not ordering what they continuously say they will order etc.) In addition, the workers are careless and made a 2ft scratch on our hardwood floors that Hessan (manager) "repaired" the fast way. Professionals? You be the judge. To this day, 8 months after we bought the brand new house, there are still issues that Hessan has said he would come fix but time after time, doesnt show up, reschedules, or states he "will order the parts". If you want to have a professional and quality builder for the biggest purchase of your life, stay clear of Seiko homes.
