Down and Dirty Landscaping

Mow Lawn, Clean Flower Beds, Rake, Haul Leafs and Grass Away I hired these gentlemen to do the above work. It took them 2.5 hrs,and only cut the grass.and not all of it. They were worried about being paid.So i paid them. And never seen them again.my yard still sits waiting to be finished. I've called several times.No response. their name suites them.down and dirty.
