This place will nickle and dime you, terrible service for our uhaul rental. We arrived there for a pickup between 4pm-4:30pm, which we confirmed and called ahead of time. When we arrived at 4:15pm no one was there and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes. Then once the uhaul was returned Wesley blames us for a missing hubcap which we are 100% sure we did not lose. Terrible, rude service and all for a fee of $25. If you rent a uhaul go to DVP storage on Defries St.
