This Company is every homeowners worst nightmare. Why? These scumbags were hired to prepare (2) Depreciation Reports both reports never mentioned or documented or photographed the North elevation of our complex. When I contacted them and asked them to explain what happened the answer I got was. " He (Jag Turna) doesn't work for us anymore and I don't know your legitimacy ". Your response to my question sounds like something a fraudulent scumbag would say. Right? Karma hopefully pays you fraudsters a visit. Every strata homeowner needs to look at their Depreciation Reports that this company prepared the reports that we got the 1 is a carbon copy of the other. Look for Depreciation Reports that involves AWM ALLIANCE AND NLD CONSULTING. I rate this rip off company 5 stars. Cheers
