Threads Tailors And Cleaners

I brought in my two 300$ comforters to have them dry cleaned, when I came back on the pick up date, they weren't ready yet. Came back on the following day, they were ready but one with stains still on and they other damaged (pulled threads)I told the worker at the counter that I wasn't happy and to return them. She did. A few days later came back but still the same. Picked them up and paid in full, even if I was very disappointed of the results. No Manager or Owner on site to resolve this issue, I waited to the following week to call back. When I did call back the Owner answered my call , I explained to him the situation and stating that I was not impressed with this situation. He told me to either bring them back in for him to take a look at the blankets or to just go ahead and bring them to my usual Cleaners . He didn't even try to resolve this issue or even to offer a percentage off for next time. I do not recommend this place at all. Now I am left having to pay again for the cleaning of my comforters.
