Precision Excavating Ltd

July 26, 2016,i was a victim of a malicious act over $450.00 due to the owner of Precision Excavating Brant Christensen and my pool contractor disputing over a measly $450.00 bucks. The pool contractor had a contract with precision to pay $4500.00 10 loads and under to dig and excavate the pool area. My landscaper working on the job site placed additional dirt on the dig area. Precision said no problem we'll charge you $450.00 which the landscaper paid.When the pool contractor got the bill he was charged $4500.00 for the full 10 load and under. So he deducted $450.00 off the bill to precision because the 10 load included the dirt from the landscaper. 3 weeks later the pool contractor was given an ultimatum from precision. pay me the $450.00 or there's consequences. Well the consequences were this, precision dug out another pool in the same area and dumped a truck load of dirt on MY DRIVEWAY. He told my landscapers on site he would have put it back in pool except that access was blocked. Classy
