Having worked in all aspects of the car rental industry since 1996, Platinum's founders recognized that customers and coworkers alike are extremely dissatisfied with the policies and treatment of the existing car rental companies.
Although these companies advertise as customers are their number one priority and how they try harder, the reality was poor service and maligned practices. Recognizing this sad state of the industry, the founders of Platinum Car Rental decided that the time was right to utilize their accumulated years of experience and insight, to open their own rental car company - a company that would actually stand by the fact that the customers and employees are it’s strongest assets. Platinum car rental officially started it's operations in October 2012. But in less than a month, due to it's service excellence and value pricing, it has reached the 100 vehicle on rent mark. An astonishing achievement! With a combined experience over 30 years in the car rental industry, we strive to be recognized as providers of quality car rental solutions while always offering the best value. We achieve our aims by consistently exceeding our customers' expectations in every possible area in a friendly and efficient manner, while building strong forward-looking relationships.
