I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional inspector, and a good standing member since 2012, also recognized by the OACIQ of Quebec. Thermal imaging level 1 technician was also par of my acquired training in 2012
I use professional services, up to date information and technology in every inspection, and we transfer this to our customers through 24 hour reporting in English or French, after inspection call back, any time you need us. Why because I am passionate and love what I do. I also have 30 Years in the construction industry doing Quality control, commissioning, and electrical inspections which has given me keen sense of detail and work ethic, documenting, reporting and investigating. This was a natural transition for me to become a home and commercial inspector considering my background. ---- Je suis un inspecteur professionnel certifié par Internachi, association reconnue par l’OACIQ et dont je suis un membre en règle depuis 2012. De plus, cette même année, j’ai réussi ma certification de technicien niveau 1 thermique. Ayant plus de 30 années dans l’industrie de la construction, j’ai une forte expérience en contrôle de qualité, mise en marche et inspection électrique d’où j’ai acquis un sens développé du détail et de l’éthique, de l’investigation et de la documentation. C’est d’ailleurs cette expérience qui m’a amené à devenir un inspecteur en bâtiment, une passion que j’ai développée avec les années.
