One experience can make or break a store. This store use to be wonderful until I had my "run in" with the staff. I was shopping as I usually do at this location. I went looking for Baby Formula, The staff had a "chip" on her shoulder that was truly ignorant. I felt like it was to much pressure for the staff member to check in the back for it. I than went up to cash to pay for what I had in my cart. I guess the staff don't appreciate any form of coupons, I went to use a $5.00 one for diapers. The cashier was quite rude, So i ended up walking out, Called Customer Service and have never been back to that store again.
