Not Impressed I am not impressed with the way Victoria Camera Service runs their business. Also I have learned a lesson. Check the internet before venturing into an unknown business. I learned two things on the internet subsequently (unfortunately). I found many similar complaints about Victoria Camera Service on the internet and also that I could likely fix the camera myself for much less money than they demanded. I believe they could have discussed my situation with my camera and I could have decided if I should go forward with paying for the assessment. I received the quote which was for much more than it was worth and all they did was check on the internet for the replacement cost. They did not have to open the camera, just switch it on to see the problem with the screen. I feel in my case that the fee was just a cash grab. I am not impressed with their customer interaction at the counter and would recommend to be careful. I have found other negative reviews about the company.
