DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I hired ICM Consulting to manage our Google Ad Words account and campaigns. ICM insisted that they must use their own Google account to manage our adwords campaign. This meant that we would be paying a lump sum to ICM directly, and moreover, we I would not have access to my Google data. I was hesitant to proceed with them, but owner Leon reassured me that everything is transparent. I went ahead and signed a contract with them, paid them a fee to create a landing page and mini website. For the landing page and mini website I wrote the content, while Leon stated they would create a custom layout. Since I was the first immigration consultant client of theirs, they had to design a layout from scratch. After using their services for several months I realized that they are not as transparent as Leon stated they would be.
