Be very wary of this company. I called recently to have my furnace serviced for the year. I provided the make and model of it and told them it was installed in 2009. Without even coming to the house, the rep on the phone told me that I should be prepared to have a whole new furnace installed, as the manufacturer discontinued them for defective issues, and that a few years back the man installing that particular furnace around Prince George did a shoddy job. The rep also told me that it would take a really long time to clean and it would be costly at $98/hr plus a $20-30 charge for rolling the truck out.This made me really uncomfortable, as a furnace should last at least 25 years, I made a couple of phone calls to other furnace companies in town to see if this could be true. All of them told me that the make and model furnace I have is top of the line and are still being installed in homes to this day. So needless to say, I cancelled the appointment.
