AWFUL! For some reason we have been long time clients .. mainly because the price is right . However they are rude, loose orders and constantly late with deliveries. 90% of the time they cannot complete a rush order (3hours) in less than 5-6 HOURS. They add in extra charges without telling you and their customer service is pathetic. You get what you pay for with Stingrats....I rather ship using carrier pigeon!
