Absolutely atrocious service. Future Shop outsourced a delivery to this company. They were completely inflexible with 13 hour delivery window, despite myself living less than 20 minutes away from their warehouse. They finally scheduled a delivery 1 week in advance, within a 4 hour window, then called less than 24 hours prior to cancel the delivery. They scheduled the delivery for the next day, same time in evening, and the delivery man came in the morning. This company is horribly disorganized, don't waste your time with them.
