Laura's Your Independent Grocers

Ive had numerous friends that worked at LAURAS independant grocer. Both male and female have complained about managers being unfair to reasonable request of employees. Most the male workers have voiced about the manager Laura is "sexist" making harder demands and dealing out harsher punishments for their mistakes. I have never worked there so I have not gotten a trues employee perspective.  However the fact that ive heard at least 4 people say the same thing is concerning. I dont plan on taking any action against this establishment but I do want this to be known. For the sake of my working son and his coworkers. This type of treatment is something nobody deserves.
