Their new install leaked in numerous places on day one. Company promised to fix it EVERY time I called. All 19 times over the entire YEAR. Each time they sounded VERY nice and sympathetic. One year, 19 phone calls, numerous emails to/from the owner....and it still isn't fixed. The owner even apologized and promised to get it fixed.......yet......it.....has never been fixed. No one even TRIED to fix it. I have a claim in with the Better Business Bureau now. If you are foolish enough to read this review and go with this company you deserve what you get. Read the Yellow Pages reviews if you want more verification, but save yourself the frustration, cost and roof damage.....use a different company!!!!
