If you like to make numerous trips to pick up your prescription and to have to wait 1/2 hour if it's not busy, then this is the pharmacy for you. Renewed script via telephone system and gave them 2 days to get it ready; of the 4 scripts only 1 was ready and the rest would have to be ordered in, in 24-48 hours. They didn't know they didn't have any because they don't fill scripts until you come to pick them up. Be prepared to come back at least twice and maybe 5 times before you get all your pills and the correct ones at that. Enough is enough, Monday morning calling rexall pharmaplus head office and filing an official complaint and then having my scripts transferred to a pharmacy that hopefully will be at least 1/2 as competent. I can't believe they let these people continue to conduct business in their name!!
