X-Site has fabulous lunch and dinner specials under $6 and under $11. Each day of the week has a dedicated lunch & dinner special. Small location, crappy washroom, but worth it for cost of the plate. I heard a rumour that they don't treat their staff well in terms of paying proper hours and breaks, but since I've never worked there, I can't verify it.
