Built over a waterfall-fed creek that gushes down from the Niagara escarpment, the Ancaster Mill is much in demand year round. The large Dining Room is built out over the water. Its rustic beams contrast with the formal table settings and smooth, friendly service. The Ancaster Mill creates EARTH TO TABLE cuisine sourcing impeccable local, seasonal ingredients from near-by farms and food artisans. This results in seasonally changing menus of fresh, local ingredients.

The Old Mill Inn is a MUST HAVE experience. LOCATION: Set back among a cascading waterfall and woodland area its absoultely stunning 10/10 MENU: Fabulous appetizers, entre's and desserts..... Sunday buffet has a large selection as well and very nicely presented 9/10 PRICE: on the higher end of the scale but for the food value and service well worth it $$$$/$$$$$ SERVICE: servers are professional and prompt. They are always presentable looking and clean (very important to me) On the whole this is a beautiful place inside and out very clean, professional staff and amazing food. Expect to pay about $35 for an entree, full course meal table of 4 approximately $250 before tax and tip (appetizer, main, dessert, wine) Another amazing feature is their EARTH TO TABLE selection, featuring locally grown produce and wines. I actually had my wedding there 15 years ago and continue to visit this historic landmark!
