Bad customer service!Just a note to the clients/workers there: lotion is recommended, NOT REQUIRED! I was refused entry into a bed because I didn't want to purchase/use a tanning lotion! The manager lied to me & stated that “she heard on the news & has pamphlets that REQUIRES tanners to use lotion.” Sounds to me that she was looking for a sale! Please note that at ANY salon, using lotion is a PERSONAL CHOICE, the only requirement is EYEWEAR (which I had). I never got to use a bed & was about to leave… I wanted to keep the form with my personal information on it that I had just filled out & then she took it from my hand & said she has to keep the sheet but would rip it up. Why? Keep it, but rip it up? The whole conversation she was blatantly rude. Also a note to anyone who contacts Head Office about about anything: THEY DON'T CARE! I was told it was a “misunderstanding” & that “lotion is beneficial.” No apology. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED PLACE!!!
