I had a Tuscan salad here and found that a large portion of the lettuce in the salad was brown and rotten. I removed the rotten parts of the salad and took them back up to the service counter. The manager was called and he was very surprised to see the salad. I told him that I wanted him to see the condition of the salad, as I did not find it acceptable. He apologised and offered me: my money back; a new salad; or a desert of my choice. I told him that I was more concerned that he see the state of the food that was being served, and I accepted a refund. I probably would not go back to this location, as it has tainted my image of this location of Mc Donald's. As this location was located in WalMart, it was convientnet and there was ample parking.
