When my husband and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We decided on one but weren't quite ready to commit. We went home and slept on it and went back the next day to tell them that we didn't feel good about it and we had changed our mind. They told us that we had already commited to the purchase (nothing was signed and financing was still under negotiation) and they threatend to sue us if we didn't continue with the sale. We felt bullied and I was very shaken. They put us in an office while they got the manager and we took this opportunity to leave. We filed with the better business bureau and recieved an apology letter shorly afterwards. Very unprofessional.
