Premature failure of Fabers top end snowshoes Mountain Master, both shoes punctured, 5 weeks old, 4th trip, mostly used on ATV trails. Contacted Faber to see what my options are. Their response “warrenty does not cover accidents” “this is not material flaw” very hard to believe near brand new snowshoes both fail on an ATV trail. Poor quality, and awful customer service. If you need to depend on your snowshoes, source from a reputable company.
