We bought a cooler 07/11/2014 from this company,paid $1013.82. This year in July our technicians opened the box, they noticed that both sides of the unit have been damaged, it was an old, used cooler.The box was fine, that means this company put an old, damaged cooler into box ,sent to us. Pictures were taken,sent via email to Mid-City company, no respond. Owner was called several times, it was very hard to reach, started a very dirty game. Finally we had a conversation about this purchase,he offered discount. We asked 20% discount for level of damage and the old cooler.This discount was based on the technicians's experience. This happened in July. We were waiting for the check, but it didn't come.After several unsuccessful phone calls, he continued the dirty game with us. Finally the check has arrived on Oct.03.with $25.I think $25 is good for nothing.Please make sure don't use Mid-City for purchasing,renting coolers, owner is lack of responsibility for his job and no customer service.
