Original Battery Pack, Original AC Adapter, Covers, Hard Drive Caddies, Keyboards, Optical Drives, Individual Screws, Hinges, Rubber Feet or any other imaginable part. We are Panasonic Authorized Resellers and Panasonic Authorized Parts Dealer. We have sold Panasonic ToughBook Notebooks since 1989. If Panasonic still carries the part then we can get it. There is a minimum shipping fee of $5.50 per order. The maximum shipping fee is $50. If the part is in stock then shipping to our location is 2-3 business working days. If the part is not in stock at Panasonic Canada then it may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to a maximum of one month for the parts to ship from Japan. If your order comprises of more than one part, Panasonic Canada may choose to ship what is in stock right away and ship the back-ordered part at a later date. If they do so, you do not pay any additional shipping expense. We only order Panasonic Original and Genuine Parts. We do not carry third-party (Made in China) Battery Packs and (Made in China) Universal AC Adapters. All orders must be prepaid in advance by Paypal or Cash.
