DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! They were very nice to me all the way up until I signed the papers, then I had issue after issue with them. -Multiple times I was lied to resulting in thousands of dollars of mistakes that I had to pay for. -They nickel and dimed me around every corner. -I have a leaky basement which they tell me is normal and not to be concerned.
