Red Lobster Restaurants

I am surprised that I have to say this but Red Lobster is total GARBAGE. Really you say? Yes, let me explain ... First of all the ceaser salad was tasteless with BARELY any dressing it tasted like ... Lettuce. The croutons are store bought, not home made. The bread they brought out was not as fresh as could be ... the onion rings were good, light and thin which was a nice difference BUT ... HAD A HAIR IN IT! Solution: They will get me a new one ... no discount ... WOW, really? Thanks so much! Now on to dinner ... The plate was REALLY hot .. why? Because it was under the heat lamp for too long... which causes what? ... The food to dry. K, so the rice is hard now, not to mention there was barely any of it ... the lobster was DRY, and get this .... They can't even make their own mashed potatoes, it's a POWDER MIX! Unreal for a place that is suppose to be soooooo goooood. Please. Only tasty thing was the shrimp BUT I know from experience that the shrimp was previously FROZEN..COMMON! Man up and cook 4 real!
