Falafel King has become a legend among downtown workers in the Calgary area. Long lineups are common throughout the year but especially in summer. Friendly service compliments large portions of enjoyable Lebanese food. As the name implies falafels are the specialty but Chicken Shawarma's are another popular choice. Although slightly pricier than other similar places, the quantity and quality of the food make Falafel King a great choice for a quick lunch in downtown Calgary.
