The old company that owned the building did No upgrades, at least the new company put in all NEW Windows and took out that awful pool and ugly cement wall surrounding it. I'm looking forward to the new renovations by the new company which is doing a wonderful job and on top of that the building is now cleaned daily, BIG IMPROVEMENT.
